Free assessment includes on-site evaluation of your electrical panel and electrical systems, roof condition and orientation analysis, and custom system design with no obligation. We review your electricity bills, evaluate your roof using satellite imagery and a site visit, and design a system sized to offset your usage. You'll get exact pricing, financing options, and projected savings. The whole process takes about 15 minutes for the initial call, followed by a detailed proposal. We decline ~10% of assessments when solar doesn't make financial sense for your home.
Our average first reply is about an hour during business hours (Monday–Friday 10 AM – 8 PM, Saturday 10 AM – 6 PM), and never more than 24 hours. Stellar Upgrades serves a 200-kilometre radius from Edmonton. This includes Edmonton, St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Spruce Grove, Leduc, Beaumont, Fort Saskatchewan, Camrose, Wetaskiwin, Red Deer, Lacombe, Ponoka, Athabasca, Whitecourt, Edson, Hinton, Cold Lake, Lloydminster, and dozens of smaller communities and rural properties across central Alberta. Both rooftop and ground-mount systems. If you're unsure, just ask.
Having a recent electricity bill handy is helpful but not required. Your bill tells us your monthly consumption, which determines the ideal system size. If you don't have one, we can estimate based on your home size and typical usage. No roof measurements or technical knowledge needed — we handle everything from there.
None. The assessment, site visit, custom system design, and proposal are completely free. You'll receive exact pricing, financing options, and projected savings with no pressure. If solar isn't the right fit, we'll say so — roughly 1 in 10 homeowners we assess don't end up being a good candidate, and we'd rather lose the sale than waste your money.
